1) SUBMIT FORM by the 1st of every month
2) PICK UP orders on the 15th of every month
3) PAYPAL REQUEST will be sent to your email by HSC confirming your order
4) PAYMENT must be made BEFORE orders can be picked up - if it is not received by the 15th of the month, your order will be canceled.
- There will be a $3 fee per transaction to help offset our PayPal fees.
